Cancellation Policy

Timeframe:

Please be aware that when booking we require 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments.

Cancellation Penalty:

If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment there will be a 30% charge of the cost of the treatments booked.

No Shows:

If you do not show up to an appointment for any reason or if you are late and we are unable to do the treatment we require 50% of the appointment cost.

Purpose:

We hope that this will not put people off booking, we understand that things happen but as we grow we need to protect our little business from last minute cancellations and no shows.
